Experience:

• September 2022- Instructor, Evolutionary Biology June 2023 Researched, prepared and delivered lectures with accompanying PowerPoint presentations for New York City homeschooled high school students.

• September 2021- Teachers Assistant, Geology June 2022 Assisted Professor Wendy Raver in teaching an introductory geology class to New York City homeschooled high school students, including researching, preparing and delivering lectures with accompanying PowerPoint presentations. Other Relevant Experience:

• Summer 2022 Field Paleontology and Fossil Preparation camps with Sternberg Museum of Natural History, Fort Hays State University, Hays Kansas. Surface collection of Cretaceous marine fossils; site survey, documentation and excavation of Miocene mammal material from Minium Quarry. Learned fossil preparation techniques, and prepared a Green River Formation fish; learned proper procedure for making casts of fossils and “nature faking” to finish them. Volunteer Experience:

• 2/19/2024 Volunteer speaker at President’s Day Geology Department Information Session for BGSU. Talked about undergraduate experiences as a geology student, and provided a tour of the university geology department.

• 2017-2020 Instructor in the 3-D Print Lab at Croton Free Library. Taught both adults and children to use software such as TinkerCad and Blender to generate original 3-D printed models and how to upload files and print.

• 2020-2021 Assistant (and later, paid primary) Dungeon Master for a teen and tween Dungeons and Dragons group at Croton Free Library.

• 2019-2022 Moderator for various Discord servers, including the MIT Splash Alumni server, Quaranteens homeschooled teen social group during pandemic lockdown, and others.

• 2020-2021 Moderator for online Teen Academic Linguistic Conference (TALC) of LingLeague.
